Job Title: $8K Bonus - Physical Therapist - Full Time (#422608)

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a part-time Mobile Physical Therapist (Home Health) role serving the NE Twin Cities toward Duluth. You will travel to patient homes across a multi-county territory and provide one-on-one care to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Minnesota Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Benefits:

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.65 per mile between clients (does not include commute from home to first client or last client to home).
