Job Title: Clinic Manager - Full Time (#463159)

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager / licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role with an area client in Wheat Ridge, CO. The role combines a treating PT caseload with clinic leadership responsibilities. The Clinic Manager will lead the clinic team, own clinic performance, develop therapy strategies, coordinate rehabilitation services, and participate in operational and clinical decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start.
• Experience as a treating PT in an outpatient setting, including orthopedics and post-surgical care.
• Leadership or management experience overseeing clinic staff, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Experience with mixed outpatient caseloads including orthopedics, neuro, pelvic health, private injury, and work comp preferred.
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, federal payors, and commercial group health plans preferred.
