Job Title: COTA - Travel Contract (#441025)
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Texas OTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing and long-term care (LTC) therapy settings preferred.
- Experience using Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
- Experience managing caseloads of approximately 12–14 patients per day preferred.
- Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 90%.
- Adherence to a navy blue scrub dress code.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Schedule: 5x8s.
- Typical caseload: approximately 12–14 patients per day.
- Services: Skilled nursing and long-term care (Part B) therapy services.
- Weekend requirement: Weekends are not required; occasional weekend work may be allowed with a flex day during the week as arranged with Director of Rehab.
