Job Title: COTA - Travel Contract (#441050)
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Milford, PA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills needed for daily living, support transfers and ADL training, and document patient progress per facility standards. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or OTA program.
- Active Pennsylvania OTA/COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Familiarity with ADL/IADL training, transfer training, and use of adaptive equipment preferred.
- Ability to follow written and electronic documentation systems and care plans.
