Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to follow therapist treatment plans and document patient progress in facility electronic medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel COTA experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, transfers, and durable medical equipment assessment preferred.
• Familiarity with care coordination in multidisciplinary teams preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift type: Flex shifts; schedule varies.
• Guaranteed 30 hours to start.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
