Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• 12-16 skilled patients, with opportunity for part B caseload pickups
