Director of Physical Therapy - Full Time

Job Title: Director of Physical Therapy - Full Time (#440816)

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant, with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience in general orthopedics, primarily post-operative care for total hip and total knee patients, required.
• Experience managing a caseload averaging ~12 patients per day with treatment intervals around 40 minutes preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday day shift (40 hours/week) with some flexibility for extended days and half days on Fridays.
• Experience working in or with physician-owned clinics preferred.
