Director of Rehab - Full Time

Job Title: Director of Rehab - Full Time (#445416)

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor’s or higher degree.
• Active Michigan state license in the applicable discipline required to start.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience developing and implementing patient-centered therapy plans and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards for skilled nursing facilities, including MDS and CMS guidelines.
• Ability to work Day shift. Shift details: Days 0830-1630, 5x8 schedule.
