Director of Rehab - Full Time

Job Title: Director of Rehab - Full Time (#464088)

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program with the appropriate degree for licensure.
• Active state license in New Jersey required to start.
• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Experience managing or leading clinical staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance oversight.
• Familiarity coordinating multidisciplinary clinic services, including physical therapy as the primary focus and collaboration with chiropractic, OT, and acupuncture providers.

Role Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic in Fort Lee, NJ.
• Clinic caseload: Approximately 18–20 patients per day with peak times up to 3 patients per hour.
• Support staff: Full-time aides typically assigned (generally 2 aides per 3 therapists; may be fewer at smaller clinics).
• Growth path: Clear advancement opportunities into Clinic Director and Regional Director roles. Regional Director positions oversee multiple clinics (typically 6–8 clinics). Organization expands by multiple clinics annually, generating regular leadership openings.
• Open to candidates for Staff PT, Clinic Director, or Clinic leadership tracks.
