Job Title: Director of Rehab (Sign on Bonus)- Full Time (#460266)

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Fayetteville, GA. The Director will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, coordinate rehabilitation services, and ensure efficient and effective functioning of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The Director will plan and administer physical therapy treatment plans designed to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote overall fitness and health of patients. The role includes administrative, supervisory, and advisory responsibilities. The Director will perform outreach to local employers to promote the clinic as the provider of choice and will act as a liaison between physical therapy staff, physicians, and community employers to support growth of programs and services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Current State of Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to receive one prior to start.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
