Job Title: Director of Rehab (Sign on Bonus!)- Full Time (#463825)
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program as applicable to the role.
- Active state PT license required to start.
- Several years of clinical PT experience required.
- Previous leadership or director experience preferred.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics required.
- Experience treating vestibular and balance patients preferred.

Facilities and Treatment Philosophy
- Clinic designed like a performance and training facility rather than a traditional rehab gym.
- Equipment includes turf running lanes, sleds and ropes, squat racks, barbells, kettlebells, and modern strength and conditioning equipment.
- Therapy model emphasizes 1:1 therapist-to-patient care. Occasional overlap may occur for extended sessions.
- Therapy techs support exercises and activities. PTs manage schedules with minimal micromanagement.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Conduct employee performance reviews and 90-day reviews.
- Lead marketing initiatives tied to bonus structure and track referral source metrics.
- Participate in quarterly manager meetings and monthly manager Zoom calls.
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership while allocating time for administrative duties.
