Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience managing a caseload of 10–14 patients per day or equivalent productivity is preferred.
• Availability to work mornings and evenings per client schedule. Candidate must be able to cover at least three morning shifts and two evening shifts per week within the clinic hours specified.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentials are preferred.

Schedule and Caseload Details

• Clinic hours: open 7:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday.
• Flexible scheduling. Preference for clinicians who can cover a mix of morning and evening shifts as noted above.
• OT need is for outpatient clinic. Preference given to candidates with hand therapy experience, ideally CHT.
