Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Full Time (#441622)

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree).
  • Current, active Occupational Therapy license in the State of California.
  • Experience in both clinical leadership and direct patient care. Candidate must be able to evaluate and treat patients approximately 80% of the time and perform administrative and program development duties approximately 20% of the time.
  • Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehabilitation technicians.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Therapy policies, procedures, documentation standards, scope of care, evaluation/treatment standards, and discharge planning required for a hospital setting.
  • Compliance with applicable state regulations and professional standards as defined by the California Therapy Board and Rehabilitation Services Department.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Preferred: Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
