Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kentucky State Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• Experience in outpatient settings, with demonstrated experience treating hand conditions required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing CHT will be considered.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, daytime shift.
