Full Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract (#440827)

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience supervising COTAs, OT students, or other staff preferred.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, complete documentation per facility policy, and participate in interdisciplinary team processes.

  • Clinical Responsibilities: Assess patient function per physician orders, plan and implement treatment, participate in discharge planning, supervise COTAs and students, complete timely documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
