Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract (#441013)
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Lakeport, CA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric and medically complex patients preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain prior to start preferred.
