Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract (#442077)

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current, active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina required.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal vehicle insurance required.
  • Ability to perform home-based care duties, including fabrication and maintenance of adaptive equipment and hand splints, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Experience with clinical documentation, Plan of Care (POC) development, progress notes, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams required.
  • Ability to travel locally and float to other assigned facilities as needed.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated experience with functional mobility training, ADL/IADL assessments, and home environment safety evaluations.
