Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract (#463919)
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- CA OT License
- One year of Home Health experience
Assignment Details
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Required to prioritize start of care visits
- Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
- Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
- Be generally responsive during normal business hours
- Territory will expand as needed
- Training includes 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
- Documentation system: Kinnser
- Equipment issued: iPad, Ring Central
