Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California State Physical Therapy License is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• One DOR and one regular shift staffing model experience preferred.
