Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Alabama State Physical Therapist license required to start the position
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred
• Experience with NetHealth for Rehab or comparable EMR systems preferred
• Ability to work daytime shift with flexible scheduling
