Physical Therapist — Assisted Living Facility, Bethel, AK. Days.
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active Alaska Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Four (4) years active, full-time patient care experience.
- Previous managerial experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work in hospital-based and village-based clinical environments, including use of standard PT equipment (hi-lo tables, therapeutic exercise equipment, ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and ability to travel by small, non-pressurized aircraft when required.
- Experience coordinating orthopedic specialty clinics, screening and prioritizing referrals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage department revenue and expenses, and to support compliance with corporate, state, and federal regulations for physical therapy practice.
Benefits:
- Relocation assistance: $15,000 individual; $20,000 family.
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 for a 3-year agreement.
- Retention bonus eligible.
Position Details:
- Shift: Days. Monday – Friday, 0800–1700.
- Start window: 09/30/2026–09/29/2027 (per client notes).
- Clinic scope: Manages hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services and supports administrative processes and specialty field clinics.
- Work environment: Standard PT department equipment in hospital settings; limited supplies in village settings requiring clinicians to bring portable equipment as needed.
