Job Title: Physical Therapist - Full Time (#464086)

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Comfort and experience working in a high-volume outpatient setting or demonstrated ability to maintain quality care in a fast-paced clinic.
  • Willingness to work typical outpatient hours and occasional rotating Saturdays as needed.
  • Open to early-career clinicians; participation in a structured 13-week mentorship program is provided for new hires with 0–2 years of experience.

Clinic & Schedule Details:

  • Facility type: Outpatient clinic in Montclair, NJ.
  • Flexible shifts and some clinics offer a 4x10 schedule.
  • Rotating Saturdays approximately once per month at most clinics.
  • Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day with productivity expectations of 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; peak times may require up to 3 patients per hour.
  • Support staff: Full-time aides commonly provided (generally 2 aides per 3 therapists; fewer at smaller clinics).
  • Multidisciplinary environment including chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture, with physical therapy as the primary focus.


Growth Opportunities

  • Employer is expanding regionally with frequent creation of Clinic Director and Regional Director roles.
  • Clinical advancement path available. Regional Director roles typically oversee 6–8 clinics.
