Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort working in an outpatient clinic setting with high patient volume and productivity expectations.

Clinic Details & Role Expectations

• Location type: Outpatient clinic in Fort Lee, NJ.
• Patient volume typically 18–20 patients per day, with peak times reaching up to 3 patients per hour.
• Clinical support includes full-time aides at most clinics. Multidisciplinary environment with PT as the primary service.
• Open to hiring either a Staff Physical Therapist or a Clinic Director for this location. Advancement opportunities exist into Clinic Director and Regional Director roles.
