Job Title: Physical Therapist - Full Time - $5K Sign On (#463758)
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy License is required to start the position
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience or interest in orthopedics, including management of knee and hip replacements, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-operative care
- Comfort working with an adult and geriatric population, majority of patients are age 50 and older
- Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented outpatient clinic that uses PTAs extensively
- Willingness to participate in the clinic's mentoring and onboarding process. New graduates are eligible and will be paired with a PT and ramped up gradually
- Availability for a day shift schedule. Clinic commonly offers a 4x9 schedule with a half-day Friday (option for 5x8)

Caseload and Schedule Details:
- Follow-up visits typically scheduled for 45 minutes. Evaluations allotted 60 minutes
- Average daily patient census approximately 11–12 patients, though schedule is adjustable and many clinicians set their own hours
- New graduate onboarding includes a light initial caseload, gradual increase over the first days/weeks, and pairing with a seasoned PT
Culture and Team:
Team-oriented clinic with close collaboration among therapists and aides. Staff utilize PTAs extensively. The clinic values mentoring and professional development. Interview process generally includes an initial interview with the clinic manager, followed by an interview with the owner and an optional on-site visit.
