Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#439218)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
  • Demonstrated experience with patient evaluation, plan of care development, and skilled therapeutic interventions for geriatric populations.
  • Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred: experience with transfer training, skilled nursing documentation standards, and restorative nursing programs.
