Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active GA license or compact license required to start the assignment, or documentation that license application has been submitted at time of submission.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience performing evaluations and treating a broad caseload in an outpatient setting, including basic vestibular assessment and treatment.
• Ability to perform general outpatient PT interventions across musculoskeletal and post-operative populations.
• Dry needling certification is preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week.
• Primary responsibilities: Onsite main PT responsible for evaluations and treating a varied outpatient caseload including basic vestibular needs.
