Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active GA license or compact license required to start the assignment, or documentation that license application has been submitted at time of submission.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience performing evaluations and treating a broad caseload in an outpatient setting, including basic vestibular assessment and treatment.
- Ability to perform general outpatient PT interventions across musculoskeletal and post-operative populations.
- Dry needling certification is preferred but not required.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8.
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week.
- Primary responsibilities: Onsite main PT responsible for evaluations and treating a varied outpatient caseload including basic vestibular needs.
