Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in documentation for therapy and experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric populations.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
