Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in documentation for therapy and experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric populations.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
