Full Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#445540)

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Detroit, MI at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Michigan state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently, document in electronic medical records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation preferred.
  • Advanced certifications such as OCS or other specialty credentials are a plus.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
  • Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week.
