Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#447493)

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Rosa, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This position offers a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 30 hours to start. A recruiter will be available to provide more information about the opportunity.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing therapy in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
  • Client requirement: ability to work a flexible schedule across variable shifts and adapt to changing patient census.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, gait training, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in long-term care settings preferred.
