Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#447509)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads typical of post-acute and subacute populations, including transfers, gait training, and restorative programs.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred.
  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as NCS, CPR instructor, or specialty orthopedics are a plus.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0800-1630.
  • Work pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
  • Assignment located in Los Angeles, CA at a skilled nursing facility.

Provide skilled physical therapy services to post-acute and long-term care patients.
