Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#454440)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT or DPT degree
• Experience providing inpatient and outpatient physical therapy

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630
• Weekend coverage may be helpful on occasion, with flexibility noted by the client.
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Dress Code: Pale or dove gray, or black scrub pants with a dove or pale gray top
