Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start
• CPR (Basic) required
• HEP B required
• TB required
• Flu vaccination required
• Signed Job Description required
• Completed Orientation Documents required

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• Weekend rotation required.
• Shift hours: 8-hour AM shifts.
