Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#458925)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active license to practice in Alabama
• Home health experience

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week expected
• Responsibilities include physical therapy admits, discharges, evaluations, and re-evaluations
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
