Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#459040)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission

Assignment Details

• 40hrs/week (4-5 days/week)
• Occasional weekend for inpatient coverage and holiday coverage required if needed
