Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#459304)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
• Experience in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record for evaluations, reports and discharge summaries
• Computer skills necessary to complete job requirements including typing, Word, Internet, and EMR
• Ability to be physically mobile for 8-10 hour work days based on patient care schedule
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility and transfers
