Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#461853)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Prior home health experience
• HCHB experience

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call requirement
• Coverage area includes Lancaster and Chester counties
• Productivity requirement of 30 units per week
