Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#461934)

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post clinicals
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Open to 4x10 schedules
• Two evenings per week required, with shifts extending until 7:30 PM
• EMR: Raintree
• Expected productivity: 55-63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations scheduled for 1 hour
