Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment.

• Schedule: 5x8
• Hours: 0800-1630
• Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• EMR: Raintree
