Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start.
- Physical Therapist credential verification required to start.
- CPR Basic required to start.
- Completed Orientation Documents required to start.
Assignment Details
- 13 week assignment.
- Shift schedule: 4x8.
- Shift hours: 0000-2400.

Location Highlights
Yuma sits in southwestern Arizona near the Colorado River and the California and Mexico borders, making it a practical base for regional travel and outdoor recreation.
