Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463129)
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Must have PT license in Texas
- CPR
Assignment Details
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area includes a 60-mile radius around Lufkin
- Responsibilities include field PT services, assessments, reassessments, discharges, OASIS visits, and HEP programs
