Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463244)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience providing direct patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients in the ER, acute care, and PACU discharge workflow

Assignment Details

• Varied / Rotating schedule
• Primary focus is outpatient physical therapy
• May float to other sites supported by the therapy services team
• May participate in weekend holiday inpatient rotation
