Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts.
• Hours: 08:00 - 05:00.
• Coverage area includes Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn, and Yellow Springs territories.
