Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463695)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours expected per week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
• Patient population includes outpatient orthopedics
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
