Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463858)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting
• Experience evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries
• Current license for state where practicing

Assignment Details

• Schedule pattern: 5x8
• Shift days: M-F
• Assignment length: 9 weeks
