Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463867)
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
- Maine PT license
- Experience with adult and school-aged patient populations
- Experience with post-ortho, post-spinal surgery, geriatric, work injury, and neurological imbalance cases
- Manual therapy skills required
- Exercise science knowledge required
- Experience providing patient education and education on adaptive equipment such as walkers, canes, and crutches
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1600
- Weekend rotation: No
- On call: No
- Floating: No
- Facility is closed on major holidays and may require 50% of minor holidays
