Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463946)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maryland PT license required
• Experience with Point Click Care required
• OASIS experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Scheduled days: Monday - Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage areas include Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties
