Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#463971)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Patient population includes outpatient orthopedic and pelvic care
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected

Assignment Details

• Expected productivity is 60 visits per week
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
