Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#464061)
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient PT experience
- Physical Therapist credential required to start
- HEP B required to start
- TB required to start
- Tdap required to start
Assignment Details
- Schedule includes Monday through Friday.
- Variable shifts throughout the week.
- Clinic hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
- Schedule structure may include 5x8s or 4x10s.
- Documentation system: NextGen.
- Patient population includes adult, elementary-high school aged, and geriatric patients.
- Cases seen include general orthopedic, post-op, and sports medicine.
- Productivity expectation is 50 patients per week with dovetailed treatment sessions.
- Evaluation times include 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatment blocks with 60-minute treatment sessions.
- No floating required.
- Dress code is business casual with closed-toe shoes.
