Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#464119)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Epic experience
• Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month
• Additional holiday coverage may be needed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
