Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel Contract (#464140)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• At least two years of PT experience
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Flu Vaccination required during the stated compliance period, with no declinations accepted

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• 4x10 hour schedule.
• May include a regular Saturday.
• Outpatient setting.

Location Highlights

Glenwood Springs offers access to mountain recreation and a walkable downtown in western Colorado. Glenwood Hot Springs Pool and Iron Mountain Hot Springs are both in town, and Glenwood Canyon Recreation Path follows the Colorado River near Interstate 70. The Roaring Fork Valley also provides access to Aspen and Carbondale, with regional bus service and rail access via Amtrak at Glenwood Springs Station.
